Location: Gaithersburg, MD 20878
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be primarily responsible for mid-
level management duties such as client maintenance, proposal development,
scheduling, managing field staff engineer activities, writing reports, as
well as some business development and mentoring. Responsibilities for
total client management including providing job proposals, setting up
projects/contracts, day to day technical management and client
communication, billing, and collection of accounts receivable This person
is a mid-level exec type.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4-6 years of related experience,
including a strong working knowledge of construction inspection. Knowledge
of local codes and ASTMs a plus. A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
or a related field is desired, as is a PE Certification. Must be an
independent decision maker with strong organizational and communication
skills.
